Welcome to Magical Moments! This gorgeous 4-bedroom end home with south-facing pool is situated on the prestigious community of Terra Verde! This award-winning resort features a lavish clubhouse, fitness center, specialist movie room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a stunning resort pool and spa which overlooks the community's 3-acre lake!
The home features a dazzling contemporary kitchen stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar, as well as dining table and chairs with view to the pool area, or perhaps dine alfresco following an evening swim!
All of the 4 bedrooms have been designed to have their own unique charm! The Master bedroom is located upstairs offering a Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are a further two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom - one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds - perfect for the children! The fourth room is conveniently located downstairs with a Queen-size bed and its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable and guests can also enjoy free wireless connectivity throughout the house.
The highlight of this villa is your beautiful south-facing private pool and spacious deck area! There is also a patio table and chairs plus loungers to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Terra Verde is a stunning community located in the heart of Orlando just minutes from the attractions. A one-time $20 pass can purchased for parking over the length of your stay - the community is gated with 24hrs security.
There is a game room with an arcade, a child's playground, a climbing rock, community pool with a large sundeck and chaise lounges, and a stocked up three acre fishing pond. There's also a sunning beach volleyball, a half basketball court, an exercise facility, a terrace with lake views, and a small internet cafe. You can relax and recharge in the hot tub, detox from stress in the sauna, or unwind poolside with a beverage from the outdoor Tiki Hut.
When you're ready to head out on an adventure you can hit the concierge desk for recommendations. Terra Verde is located only 4 miles away from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Studios Orlando and 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
