Welcome to Tuscan Palms . Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa has a private fully secluded pool and spa.
The villa is located within the popular Tuscan Hills gated community which is a Mediterranean style resort complete with palm tree lined boulevards with tennis court, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse. This home is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops on the US27 and is just 8 miles from Disney!
Enter the attractive open-plan living space that features a family room with sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the pool deck. The fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for at-home dining with added breakfast bar and stools. The formal dining area seats eight and has views over the beautiful private pool.
Step through to the stylish ground floor master bedroom suite with a king bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower, sink and a WC. This master bedroom also has sliding doors leading out to a small private patio area. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor.
Head upstairs to the spacious upper level where you will find four further bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is an attractive king suite with a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a flat screen TV and a stylish beach theme. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are spacious and colourful twin rooms with flat screen TVs.
There is also a family bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and WC.
After a long day visiting the Orlando attractions, you will love heading home to your private full-sized, south west-facing pool! The screened-in pool deck has a table and chairs set for outdoor dining plus sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children.
Our fun games room located on the ground floor has a retro theme and features table football and a Air Hockey table. The home has a laundry closet with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. At the front of the home is off road parking for two cars.
