On entering our home away from home, you will be greeted by a snug, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the parks and with space to work if required whilst on vacation.  Continuing through, you enter a large open living area with a gourmet kitchen to cater for your needs, a dining area and living area with a large sectional sofa for everyone and 50” flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player.

The ground floor also boasts the first master suite and a queen bedroom together with a shared bathroom. Access to the private pool and deck is available from both the living and dining areas.

The property overlooks a pond and has no immediate rear neighbours so you can enjoy the pool in privacy.  The pool deck offers a table and chairs as well as sun loungers for your enjoyment whether you want to relax by the pool and read a book or take a dip in the pool.

The first floor comprises 2 further master bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms all of which are en-suite.  The first master has a 50” TV with the other having a 32” TV, alarm clock and hairdryer.

The first floor is completed with a loft area, with 65” TV, X Box One and Blu-ray DVD player and provides a perfect space to watch a movie after being at the parks or playing golf all day.
