As you enter the home, there is a tiled lounge area offering cable TV & DVD player. Thie leads to the kitchen offering dining area for 6 people
The kitchen has all major appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher and essential utensils. There is washer and dryer in utility room.
A Queen bedroom is located on the ground floor. Upstairs is the Queen master bedroom with en-suite and 2 twin rooms with a bathroom in between.
The games room offers foosball & pool table table.
The patio has an undercover area with table and chairs and 2 sunloungers for the deck.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
