SD4359 is an immaculate 4 bed 3 bath home on Southern Dunes. The decor is just spot on for a perfect vacation home in Florida Everything is in it's place and all furniture and decor are in keeping with one another.This vacation villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere from the moment you walk through the front door.
The comfortable lounge offers cable TV leading to the kitchen with modern appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need. There is a nook table to seat 4 and the nook area leads to the patio and private pool with a great view of the golf course.
The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended from November - April.
There is a Queen bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and the King bedroom with en-suite, Queen and twin are upstairs each with their own unique decor that makes them really special.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
