Property Description This neat and cozy single-story home features an open plan family lounge and dining area with aspects onto the pool deck, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV programming, with a 31†flat screen TV, a DVD and stereo system in the family room, and a 21†flat screen TV in the master bedroom. And with a queen sleeper sofa in the family lounge, it sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom is situated at the back of the home and has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with single vanity, half bath, and shower. Situated at the front of the home, the second bedroom has a queen bed and is located in a short hallway leading from the family lounge. Bedroom three is situated next to Bedroom two and has two twin beds. Bathroom two is opposite Bedroom three and has a single vanity, half bath and shower. A fully equipped utility is located inside the single car garage and is accessed via an internal door from the bedroom hallway. This home has a private enclosed pool with safety fencing, pool blanket and available heat. The pool deck has furniture including table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers.
