| Hallo,
wir waren vom 25.07. bis 08.08. im Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war gut vorbereitet, Zahlung und Schlüsselempfang kein Problem. Klima, Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Waschmaschine und Trockner, WLAN, alles hat funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und ist für 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzige Anmerkung von uns ist, dass das zweite Bett etwas schmal ist, zumindest für 2 Erwachsene. 2 Kinder sind kein Problem, aber für Jugendliche oder Erwachsene ist das Bett recht schmal.
Vielen Dank an George und sein Team für die gute und schnelle Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein King Bett (also das groesst moegliche Bett) und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen Bett (also immer noch groesser als das normale double, welches in Europa am meisten verbreitet ist).
Nochmals vielen Dank fuer die lieben WOrte und wir freuen uns auf Euer wiederkommen in naher Zukunft :) |

| Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, in der Küche fehlt nichts. Als wir im Dunkeln ankamen war das Haus komplett beleuchtet, alle Anleitungen, die wir vorab bekamen, funktionierten einwandfrei. WLAN war kein Thema mehr, klappt einfach und gut. Die gesamte Abwicklung war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Einchecken bei dem Eingang ist kein Problem, hilfreich ist es, eine Kopie des Mietvertrages für den Wachmann mitzubringen, dann spart man sich Wartezeit.
Man benötigt ein Auto, 10 Minuten Richtung Süden auf der I27 findet sich ein Aldi, wenn man mal Sehnsucht nach einem Schwarzbrot hat.
Der Golfplatz am Haus ist nett, kein Meisterschaftsplatz, aber gut zu spielen und gepflegt. Man darf nicht vergessen, das das Greenfee für 2 Personen inklusive Buggy über mytourcard.com gerade mal USD 55 beträgt.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, ein ruhiger, stressfreier Aufenthalt ist sicher. |

| We had a good experience from the owner and house management. The latter helped us with the WIFI password and screen door closure. The house is well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful with special appeal to golf enthusiasts.
We were not informed this house was considered a vacation rental. Our Premium Mail was never delivered. This issue caused us a Great Deal of stress. Nine days worth of mail remains in Dead Mail/Sent to Mail Recovery Center.
We highly recommend this house as a vacation spot!

| Our overall experience was good however, the process would have been smoother if the check-in information was not incomplete or inaccurate. For instance, the check-in packet included a code for entry into the gated community however, the code box at the gate was blocked from use (i.e the property doesn't use this code box any more) so check-in was with the guard. It would have helped to know this in advance and if the guard was given information in advance regarding our check-in. In addition, the check-in packet included a place for information about WiFi access but the place was blank and FloridaBestVillas said this information should be obtained from the Property Management and the Property Management said this information should have been given by FloridaBestVillas. Ultimately, the Property Management sent us a password (received from the owner) but did not provide the WiFi name. We tried using the password in connection with a couple of WiFi names that seemed like they might be the name of the WiFi connected to the house but was unsuccessful. Ultimately, we were able to access the Wifi via the WPS button on the router but if this information was included in the check-package, it would have made the process easier. In addition, one of the reasons that we selected this property was because the pictures included a gym however, there was no information in the check-in package or in the Property Management information at the house regarding the gym (i.e. where it was located and information about access). |

we updated all arrival information, included now the name of the WiFi and explained the process at the gate.
I am a little puzzled about the gym. There was never a picture of a gym online, this community does not have a gym.

| La casa estaba en perfecto estado. Lo unico fue el porton de la entrada que estaba roto. Los utensilios, vajillas, ropa de cama y limpieza todo estaba muy bien. La recomiendo para mi o cualquier persona que piense visitar Orlando. |

| Angel garcia. Hola mayra. Estamos encantados de la esperiencia que vivimos en esta villa. La casa esta hermosa todo muy limpio. Y lo mas lindo que los niños la disfrutaron de lo mejor. Tambien nos encanto la parrila del BBQ estaba completa mente nueva. Todo funciona un 90% solo falto la pisina. | Meine Frau ich selbst und unsere beiden Kinder (2 Kinder 6 und 4 Jahre alt), waren im Januar für 5 Wochen zu einem herrlichen Urlaub in Florida. Wir waren dort in 2 wunderschönen Bungalows (RWL4201 und RWL3201) untergebracht, die mitten in einem sehr gepflegten, aber auch sehr freundlichen Golfkurs liegen (Ridgewood Lakes). Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man geht direkt von der Garage ins Haus und hat es sehr bequem den Einkauf auszuladen.
Alle Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen, so dass man auch mit mehreren Personen oder Familien sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Für ein amerikanisches BBQ ist alles vorhanden, man muss nur noch das Fleisch besorgen.
Für Kinder ist die Anlage ein idealer Urlaubsort, da alle Räume auf einer Ebene liegen, und es gibt viele Zugänge zum Garten oder Pool. Aber auch weil man in einem sehr ruhigen und vor allem bewachten Gebiet wohnt, so dass die Kinder sorglos spielen können.
In der Nachbarschaft wohnen fast nur Amerikaner, die dort wohnen oder Urlaub machen und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Weg zum Einkaufen oder zu guten Restaurants, ist nicht weit, aber ein Auto sollte man schon haben.
Die Wege zur Ostküste z.B. Cape Canaveral oder zur Westküste, Tampa oder Clearwater mit seinen herrlichen Stränden sind für amerikanische Verhältnisse nicht weit, ca 90 Minuten.
Ansonsten kann man auch im näheren Umkreis viele Dinge unternehmen, Krokodilpark, Bok Tower Garden, Orangenfabrik und vieles mehr.
Unser Kinder erzählen immer noch vom diesem Urlaub, und wollen unbedingt dort hinziehen.
Ein großes Dankeschön für den schönen Urlaub sagen Familie Griesemer und wir werden wieder kommen. |

Noch einmal vielen Dank von uns allen dreien. Das Haus hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und der Kontakt und der Service rundherum haben uns begeistert! Nächstes Jahr beginnt der Kurs in Orlando bereits Mitte Januar. Wir melden uns rechtzeitig, wenn wir wissen, wie viele Personen wir sein werden und ob wir wieder dieses oder ein größeres Haus brauchen.
