A spacious resort townhome with private south-facing pool area located within the gated Paradise Palms, just minutes from the attractions.
The living area is at the heart of the home with open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There are comfortable sofas to relax after a busy day and catch up with your favorite shows on the large screen smart TV with cable services. High speed internet is also provided.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family - there is a breakfast bar or formal dining area overlooking the pool area.
The exterior deck is screened in and faces south to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day. There is a patio table and chairs as well as loungers. Pool heating is available at an additional charge.
There is one bedroom downstairs that has a queen size bed and adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs featuring a king size bed and generous ensuite bathroom. There is a further queen size bedroom plus another offering a twin and full sized beds - opposite is a shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a TV with cable services.
Towels and linens are provided as well as laundry facilities in the home.
The property is just 2 mins walk from the resort amenities.
