This three bedroomed, two bathroomed home is situated in a quiet corner of a residential golfing community, 30 miles north of Clearwater, with easy access to Florida’s main attractions and the beautiful sandy beaches of Tampa Bay.
The house, which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, features a large living room with cable TV and DVD player, a formal dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. There is also a separate Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer and Ironing facilities. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, TV/VCR, and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms, which share the second bathroom, have a full sized bed and twin beds respectively.
Sliding glass doors open from the living room and master bedroom to the covered patio, with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and the large solar heated swimming pool.
