Your enter this home through its stunning double door entry with beautiful stained glass into the formal living room overlooking the large enclosed pool area and beautiful lake, located next to the living room, the formal dining area is perfect for that special dinner party or just very comfortable family meal.
The family room with vaulted ceilings offers lots of room for relaxing and entertaining directly off the Kitchen with dinette area featuring a bay window that looks out onto the pool and lake area.
This kitchen has very high ceilings with three large windows above the cabinets allowing Florida's sunshine to light up the entire space, there is loads of working counter space and all the appliances you would ever need.
The master suite is located at the front right side of the house and extends back to the pool area with large window and french door access to the pool. The master bath has his and hers sinks, a stand up shower and a large soaking tub.
The other bedrooms are located off the family room, the second master suite has a wonderful window view of the lake, a sliding glass door to the pool area, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
There are two more bedrooms featuring a queen size bed in the first and two twin beds in the second and an additional shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. This first class community is close to shopping, restaurants, schools and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Community amenities include a clubhouse, two heated pools, tennis courts, a children’s playground, volleyball court, basketball court, and soccer field.
