This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) and can sleep up to 4 people. Itâ€™s fully furnished and features a fully-equipped kitchen with stone countertops, modern appliances, and an open view of the dining area and the spacious living room. There is a wraparound screened-in porch, which is open to the living area and provides beautiful views with the ocean in the distance. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one of the bedrooms is connected to the open, wraparound screened in porch. This unit is on the second floor. Community Description Sea Isles is a friendly, socially active community situated on a five-acre, beautifully landscaped campus. Amenities at Sea Isles include two tennis courts, beach access, a heated pool, two barbecue grills, a shuffleboard court, a sunning deck, on-site management office, and private clubhouse with full kitchen facilities. Units at Sea Isles offer views of the bay, waterway and some have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The views depend upon the floor each unit is located on and which direct of the quad the unit is located in. Units A and B primarily face east while units C and D face west. Many of the residents enjoy both sunrise and sunset views over water from their condominium unit. Sea Isles isnâ€™t gated, but it is deed restricted. There two sets of elevators for resident use. Select units at Sea Isles have under building parking and the other units have reserved parking spaces. There are ample guest parking spaces at Sea Isles. Other Information - During the months of January, February, and March. this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.
