Property Description This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is on the second floor and can sleep up to 4 people. It’s about 4 miles from Estero Bay and about 10 miles from Bonita Beach (about a 20-minute drive). It comes fully furnished and features a fully equipped-kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast nook / casual dining area that seats up to 4 people. For something a little more formal, there is a formal dining area with a circular glass table and seating for up to 4. The living room is cozy and has two sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened-in porch area. Here you can sit down and relax on the sofa or arm chair and look at the lake. Community Details Enjoy resort style living. There are 5 pools and an additional lap pool. There’s a fitness centre, clubhouse, boating beach, lakes stocked with fish, 8 tennis courts with pro, basketball, activities director, library with access to computer, a lovely 2.5 mile walking/biking trail.
