Property Description Want to be close to the beach? How does a 5-minute walk (.2 miles) sound? This vacation condo has a king bed and 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 4 people, and is on the 3rd storey. The building has an elevator for easy access to your unit. The condo is open plan (including the bedroom). When you first walk into the condo, you’ll enter the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty, and has a breakfast nook/small dining area with a circular table and seating for up to 4 people. Just past the kitchen is the living room, which has a sofa, comfortable recliner, flat screen TV, and access to the covered and screened-in porch via the patio doors. Outside on the porch, you have views of the tennis courts and nature and patio furniture to relax on. The bedroom is open plan and connects to the living room. It has a king-size bed and a large closet. Community Description The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. Easy beach access with a simple walk across the street! If you're looking to work on your tan, feel free to walk downstairs and sit out by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach across the street.
