Property Description You don’t get much closer to the beach than this! Staying here puts you directly on the beach! This beachfront condo has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 2 people. This is a great place for a couple to stay in. The kitchen is at the front of the condo and comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also overlooks the dining and living areas. The dining area has seating for 4, and the living room has a sofa, recliner, flat screen TV, and a patio door, which lets in plenty of natural light and leads to the covered balcony / lanai with that has amazing gulf views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building. Community Description SeaScape’s amenities include a private fishing dock, private tennis courts, and a large communal swimming pool that is only a few steps from the white sandy beaches. More Information - During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.
