A bright, sun-lit 3 bedroom pool home located in the peaceful community of Hampton Lakes, with private pool area.

There are two living areas - at the front and rear of the home - ensuring there is plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax. There are two large TVs - cable services and high speed internet are included.

The kitchen has all the items you may need from fixing up a quick bite to a full family meal. There is a breakfast nook and 6 seater dining table. Or why not dine outdoors with the patio set on the private pool deck?

Outdoors, there is a good-sized pool that is screened with fencing and greenery. Chill out on the loungers and enjoy the west facing pool deck that enjoys the Florida sunshine throughout the afternoon to sunset. Please inquire if pool heat is desired.

The master bedroom, also with access to the pool deck, has an ensuite with double sinks, bath tub and walk-in shower. There is a twin room perfect for the children, which shares a bathroom with the further full-size room. Each bedroom has its own TV as well as ceiling fan.

The villa is stocked with plenty of towels and linens, also offering a washer and dryer for guest use.

Hampton Lakes is conveniently situated close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. The well maintained community is nestled amongst mature tropical landscape and is enjoyable to walk around and explore the facilities including tennis courts, playground, beach volleyball and picnic area. Located just off Hwy 27, you are only 20 minutes to Disney, 35 minutes to Universal and 20 minutes to Legoland. The nearby Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
