Welcome to our fabulous family friendly 4 bedroom 3 bathroom (sleeps 8) villa on the highly rated Calabay Parc, throughout the community there is 24hr a day CCTV.

Our villa is situated on US27 and it only takes a few minutes to get to Disney and around 30 mins to Universal and Seaworld plus it's only 1 hour away from Tampa and a little more for Clearwater / St Petes beaches.

Our 2 master bedrooms offers king size beds and en-suite in both, beautifully decorated with neutral colours, we have USB sockets in each room just incase you forgot your chargers. Situated in the master walk in closet is a safe for you to use in each bathroom we offer hairdryers for you, twin sinks and large walk in showers and large garden tub to soak in.

The 2 twin rooms both have cable tv, night lights and excellently decorated for the little ones comforts, plenty of storage with drawers and large cupboards.

Between the twin rooms is the family bathroom which includes a tub and over the tub shower.

In our large lounge area we offer cable tv with over 130 HD channels, a docking station with radio and FREE local and international telephone calls.

Our newly fully fitted kitchen and dinning room is equipped with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, smoothy maker, ice box with ice blocks, plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery.

The laundry room is fitted with new appliances (Washer and Gas Dryer), it includes an ironing board and iron, standing clothes dryer and a retractable line in the games room.

The oversize pool deck with 4 sun loungers and table and chairs is a fabulous place to spend the day perfecting your tan after a busy day at the parks, southwest facing, from early morning till sunset the pool is basked in glorious sunshine.

Our gas heated large pool and spa overlooks the wonderful conservation grounds close to a kids play park, and with no rear neighbours it's an awesome place to relax after a busy day and watch the wildlife, we also have a great Lanai area.

Our garage has been upgraded into a games room fitted with pool table and table tennis. We also have a Xbox360 with a selection of games and 2 controllers, a DVD player and various board games.

Throughout the villa you will get free WiFi and we also offer free use of our safe.
Bath towels and linen are provided for you.

Parking for 2 cars is available on the driveway.
