The patio faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. Both pool and spa are electrically heated. You can reach the river in a few minutes by boat, and from there it's not far to the Gulf of Mexico. On over 3,400 SF of living area, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (3 King, 2 Twin beds), 3.5 baths - including the large master suite with balcony on the upper floor and an open, inviting design. The new, stylish furnishings were hand-selected and create a cheerful beach cottage feeling.
