A large 5 bedroom home on the well-situated community of Bella Toscana. With a games room, fitness area and private pool, there is everything you may need for a perfect vacation.
There are two living areas with comfortable sofas providing plenty of space for both adults and children to relax. In the main living area there is a large screen TV. Adjacent to this is a fitness area with exercise machines, together with an office desk and chair. High speed wifi and national calls are included.
The kitchen is generously sized with high-end equipment for catering for your group. There is breakfast area seating as well as a formal dining room.
Outdoors, the pool spans the rear of the home with a bubbling spa. There is plenty of seating to spend a day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Guests can also enjoy the gas BBQ and smoker. Please inquire if pool heat is desired.
The enormous master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite with shower and bathtub, plus walk-in-wardrobe. There are two bright queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms the children will love – one princess room and one spiderman room. High quality towels and linens are provided.
The games room has a pool table and air hockey table, providing hours of entertainment.
Bella Toscana is a quiet community of larger homes located off Ronald Reagan Pkwy. With easy access to Hwy 27 and I4, you are in close proximity to all the main attractions – around 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal.
