Our executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with South and West facing pool is situated in the Davenport area of Orlando.
We are just 15minutes from Disney and all highways are within an easy 5 -10 minutes drive.
St Petersburg & Clearwater are both an easy drive of us about 1 hour due to our convenient location on US 27.
The villa is fully furnished & well equipped with all of the requirements for a comfortable holiday. As this is our Florida home you will find a few home touches here & there to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.
The pool is 15 x 30 and is fully screened. There is a patio table & chairs & plenty of pool furniture to make the most of the Florida sunshine. To enjoy the warm Florida evenings there is external lighting in the pool & deck area.
In addition The villa is fully air-conditioned, essential in Florida,.There is an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer provided so that you can take fewer clothes & leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to the Florida shopping malls.
The property also has Internet Access installed. Use your own laptop or wifi device to access the Internet so you won't miss those important emails while you're away.
All bed linen, including nursery, towels & pool towels are provided, there is also an ironing board, iron & plenty of hangers. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
All in all it's a perfect holiday home.
