A wonderful 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa located on the gated resort community of Avian that can accommodate 10 guests in comfort. The villa was repainted and all new furnishings in July 2010. The first floor family room has a large flat screen tv, DVD, large comfy sofas etc and is a great area for all the family to hang out.There is a desk and chair in this room also, perfect for setting up your laptop and keeping in touch with family and business. Also offers free Wi-Fi internet access and free international telephone calls. The open plan family kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, flatware , silverware etc. There is a separate formal ding area and a further breakfast nook for less formal meals. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. The first is a king size master suite which boasts dresser, nightstands, lamps, clock, walk in closet, flat screen tv, DVD. The private en suite master bathroom consists of wc, large tub bath, walk in shower and sink. The second bedroom on this level is a queen bedroom with nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers, built in closet flat screen tv. There is a further family bathroom on this floor with walk in shower, sink and wc. and a utility room comprising full size washer and dryer. Lastly, on the first floor there is a the private game room with pool table and air hockey table, TV and PS2 game console. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, the first is the second master bedroom with queen size bed flat screen tv and ample drawer and hanging space. The en suite bathroom has bath, shower, wc and sink. Fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There is also a further full family bathroom on this level. The private pool also has a spa attached and the pool deck has a shady lanai. The pool has a safety fence for the protection of the little ones Maximum of 3 vehicles per home in this community. Guests must register at the clubhouse on arrival before 9pm or next morning if closed. Guests and visitors will be issued a parking permit to display in their vehicle. Vehicles without permit are liable to be towed at owners expense.
