Located in Holmes Beach, FL on Anna Maria Island - the villa is nestled in a tropical setting, newly remodeled and professionally decorated "Mary Engelbreit" style. There are 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths: the 3rd floor large master suite has a king bed and roman tub, the other bedroom on that floor has 2 queens, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, a mini-master suite with queen bed and full bath and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (double/twin) with the 3rd bathroom located across the hall. There is an additional fold down twin bed for an additional person if needed as is a toddler floor bed. The spacious kitchen and dining area opens to 2nd floor screened in porch overlooking the backyard tropical scenery, swimming pool (15' round above-ground with newly expanded - large sun deck. The family room has a large screen TV, DVD/VCR, and fireplace. All bedrooms have TV's... There is a pool table and ping pong table, bikes are available for rental on the island as are scooters. All the amenities of home and more! Great get-away for 1 or 2 families or couples, holds 10 comfortably..
