Property Description Large group or family looking for a vacation villa? Look no further. Located in Windsor Hills, this spacious vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. The large living room receives plenty of natural light from the sliding doors that open onto the outdoor patio area. With 2 comfortable sofas and 2 matching armchairs, there's plenty of seating for guests to sit and watch the large flat screen TV. The L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you'd need to prepare any meal. There are two dining areas: a formal dining area with seating for six, and a more casual, smaller breakfast area with seating for four. The pool area with its large surrounding deck and Jacuzzi is a hit with all guests. Swim or play in the pool or opt to lie in the sun on the provided sun loungers. If you need to get out of the sun, there's a covered lanai where you can relax on the provided patio furniture. Did someone say games room? This villa has a games room in the converted garage. Choose from air hockey, pool, or foosball. Here's the bedroom layout information. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite. The third bedroom has a full bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single beds in each. Each bedroom comes with its own TV, so there will be no fighting over the living room TV remote. NOTE: Per Homeowner Association rules, all drivers must have a valid driver's license or military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). A maximum of three cars per reservation are allow, and all drivers must be provided.
Community Description Windsor Hills has everything imaginable and you will not need to venture far to find what you need, and with it being only 2.5 miles from the front gates of Disney World, this is a desirable vacation location for those with families. It is a safe and unique community that the whole family will enjoy. This modern and friendly gated community is guarded 24-7 for your safety, so you can always feel at ease. There is plenty of entertainment for the young and young at heart with luxurious lagoon swimming pools, water fountains, slides and even a Jacuzzi. For those who are more interested in keeping active there are well-lit basketball and tennis courts, sandy volleyball courts and a chipping and putting green. If you prefer working out indoors, Windsor Hill's spacious and modern fitness room is perfect.
