The interior of this house is modern yet comfortable. The living room has a large white leather L-shaped sectional, a flat screen TV mounted to wall for watching a great Disney movie on, and plenty of windows that let natural light pour into the rooms.

The kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and it comes fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and small appliances. Chefs would find the kitchen a delight to prepare a meal in.

Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a table and seating for up to 6 people.

There's also a patio door just behind the dining table, which leads out into the screened-in pool deck area. Here, you'll find a splash pool, sun loungers, and a patio table with four chairs for relaxing in.
