The villa is located within the popular Tuscan Hills gated community which is a Mediterranean style resort complete with palm tree lined boulevards with tennis court, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse. This home is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops on the US27 and is just 8 miles from Disney!

Enter the attractive open-plan living space that features a family room with sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the pool deck. The fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for at-home dining with added breakfast bar and stools. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are spacious and colourful twin rooms with flat screen TVs.

The screened-in pool deck has a table and chairs set for outdoor dining plus sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children.

Our fun games room located on the ground floor has a retro theme and features table football and a Air Hockey table. The home has a laundry closet with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. At the front of the home is off road parking for two cars.
