It’s perfect for a large family, two small families, or even a group of friends. It's located in the quiet community of Sandy Ridge, in Davenport, and it is just 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Enjoy golf? It's only 5 minutes from Central Florida's prestigious Champions Gate Golf Resort.If you enjoy a modern look and feel, you’ll really like the interior of this villa. Want somewhere to sit back and relax after a long day at the parks? No problem. There’s a large family room with two red sofas and a large flat screen TV. There is also a glass patio door that leads to the pool and let’s in plenty of natural sunlight. Want to eat in rather than go out to eat? You’ll love the kitchen. Don’t let it’s size fool you. It comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty, and it also has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a small breakfast nook with seating for four. Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes’ drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Subway, BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese take away and an Italian restaurant, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
