Situated on a corner lot, the home offers you a large South facing Private Pool Area w/Lanai, Patio Furniture, Safety Fence with semi-privacy. You may access the Pool Area from the Dining Area or Living Area.
You will feel right at home with the luxurious designs, upgraded furniture and bright colors throughout this home. A special surprise awaits you in the Garage Game Room – specialty murals have been painted on the walls! What a fun room to enjoy the Billiards Table or a fast paced game of Foosball.
