Located in the highly sought-after resort community of Solterra, this 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury holiday townhome is sure to wow anyone staying here. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all share the same area, making it ideal for entertaining . The living room has a large sofa, two armchairs, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and direct access to the pool/patio area via glass patio doors, which let natural light pour into the room. Need a second living room area? No problem! Head upstairs, and you'll find just that! Here, you'll find a comfy sofa and another large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Now, you can enjoy watching your favorite Disney movie downstairs and others can watch Star Wars moviethon upstairs. Enjoy cooking? If so, you'll love this kitchen. It has granite countertops, a large island, and it comes fully equipped with everything you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats four, or at the dining table, which seats six around a swanky dining suite. Fancy spending some time outdoors? We got you covered. Head through the glass patio doors in the living room, and you'll find a splash pool and lanai with an outdoor dining area. The whole area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There are also a couple of sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan. Just behind the pool area is a grassy shared backyard area for all to enjoy too.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is themed to Harry Potter and has two twin bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a single over double/full bunkbed and is themed to Disney. The fifth bedroom has a king bed. All bedrooms have their own TV.
This home also comes with free Wi-Fi Internet access and in-unit laundry facilities.
