Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this vacation villa with private pool has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and its sleeps up to 8. It's a great place to stay for large families with young children.

Let's see what the villa is like inside. The fully-equipped U-shaped kitchen comes with all the utensils and equipment anyone would need to cook even the most difficult of dishes. It has modern appliances, a breakfast nook with seating for up to 4 in the corner, and it also has a small breakfast bar that seats up to 2 people.

The living room is right off of the kitchen, and it has 2 comfortable brown sofas for relaxing in after a long day at the parks. There's also a large TV in the living room for everyone's entertainment.

Head out the back-patio door, and you'll enter the screened in pool area. Here, you'll find a good-size pool and a patio table and four chairs under the covered lanai. This area is great for those who want to relax outside with their favorite beverage but not be in direct sunlight.

There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each. The single beds are great for the younger members of the family.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
