Property Description: This "Charming Southern Dunes Villa" is the perfect Home Away From Home for your family vacation. With a spacious floorplan, it has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and is 1231 square feet and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It is located in the prestigious golf course community of Southern Dunes, which is in Haines City. The eat-in kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. There is also a dining table that will seat up to 6 people and a cute little window seat that can be used as a quiet reading nook. The living room has a comfortable new sofa and loveseat set, which will seat 5-6 people, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, close to the second and third bedrooms. After a long day at the parks or spending the day on the golf course, come back to enjoy the beautiful screened in patio, pool & spa. There is a covered lanai, if you prefer to keep out of the sun. The pool and spa is within the screen enclosure, to help let the sunshine in and keep the Florida bugs and pests out. The best part...it's a south facing pool with a golf course view! You can't get more perfect than that! The pool can be heated for an additional fee. You will find a washer and dryer within the unit along with a back up set of linens & towels. The grill is available for use at no additional fee. This property will come with toiliteries (toilet paper, dish washer tablet, etc) to get you through the first day or so however beyond that this property is self catering. Bedroom Layout: 1. Master Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom - king size bed. 2. 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed. 3. 3rd Bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bathroom is shared between the 2nd & 3rd Bedroom Community Description: This home is located on the exclusive Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club resort, which has a pleasant mix of vacation guests and permanent residents who have chosen Southern Dunes as their primary home location. Southern Dunes is a gated community with manned 24-hour security point on entry. It is an ideal location for quiet relaxation and boasts a challenging 18 hole golf course and a Clubhouse incorporating the Tavern On The Dunes bar – a 7 screen sports bar and restaurant. Located off Highway 27 and just 9 miles south of the I-4 Interstate, it is also conveniently situated for access to local shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants and is within 30 minutes of the Disney theme parks.
