Beautiful 2 story town home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fairways on the much sought after and award winning Southern Dunes golf community.

This is a perfect haven! Fairways House has been decorated to a very high standard with lots of personal touches added by the owners. It really feels like home.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is open plan and looks onto the dining area and family room so the cooks in the house can join in the fun! The family room has large comfy sofas to sit back and relax or look out on to the courtyard deck and the fairway.
