Our air conditioned two-storey 4 bedroom executive townhouse is situated in the luxury resort of Regal Palms, directly adjacent to the 18 hole par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and only 8 miles from the Disney attractions. The house provides 1,492 sq ft of living accommodation. The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The downstairs en suite bedroom has a separate lock out facility and a separate front door, enabling total privacy. The house has its own car parking at the front of the house. We fell in love with the complex as soon as we saw the magnificent lazy river, 2 heated pools and jacuzzi. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pools and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. What can be better than coming back from the Parks and relaxing on the sun lounger next to the pool whilst the children enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Poolside restaurant dining and drinks service is also available. The house has cable television in all rooms, a 32†TV in the living room and a 19†TV in each of the 4 bedrooms. We have also installed a broadband connection in the house. The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, utensils etc. On the second floor there is a washing machine and dryer. Towels, bed linen etc are provided. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed, and the other bedrooms two twin size beds each. The living area also has a sofa bed. It will take you only a few minutes to walk to the pool, although the clubhouse provides parking facilities. The clubhouse complex has a large restaurant and bar, poolside tiki bar, games room, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, internet café (small surcharge), indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room. FREE Wireless internet facilities are available at the clubhouse. The bar broadcasts live sporting events on plasma TVs. There is a variety of guest services . Please note the pool area is open from dusk till dawn. A Publix supermarket and a range of shops, including fish and chips and pizza takeaways, are located near the clubhouse. A Super WalMart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.

• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
