Looking for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home with private pool that's very close to Disney World (less than 6 miles) and has communal resort amenities, like a clubhouse, arcade, gym, pool, bar, and more? If so, this is the place for you. Let's start with the communal areas in the house. The living room is large, modern, and stylish. It has a large, comfortable L-shaped leather sofa, two swanky red armchairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall--perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on! Enjoy cooking? If so, you won't be disappointed with this kitchen. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals for everyone. When it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats four, the dining table, which seats up to eight people, or outside around the patio dining table, which seats up to four people. If you're looking for a place that offers entertainment options, this place also won't disappoint. For starters, if you want some outdoor entertainment, head through the glass patio doors at the back, and you'll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you'll find a large, refreshing pool to swim around in. If you want something fun to do indoors, head to the games room in the garage. Here, you'll find a pool table and a foosball table. Additionally, there is a second living room/media room upstairs. Here, you'll find comfortable seating and another flat screen TV mounted on the wall, complete with a PlayStation games console.
There are six bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom another king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen and single bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the fifth and sixth bedrooms both have two single beds, which are great for younger children.

• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
