More information The Villa at Marbella is our beautiful vacation home located in Central Florida. The property is situated in an ideal location allowing convenient access to all the theme parks and other Orlando attractions. This is really â€your home" and is highly recommended for the discerning guest who appreciates style, quality, comfort and convenience. Weather you plan to stay a few days or a few weeks your comfort is guaranteed. Everything you would need can be found at this property. This spacious 2400 sqft home consists of 5 gorgeous bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. The main floor of this home has a formal living room and dining room with seating for 6. There is an open kitchen, dining nook (seating for 4), eating bar (with 2 bar stools) and family room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. The family room has a flat screen tv and a patio door to the screened in pool and spa lanai. The main floor also has a king bedroom suite with its own full bath including a walk-in in shower and separate tub. Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Two of the upstairs rooms have queen beds, one bunk twin beds and one has two twin beds. The pool area is big and private! The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost. The garage has a games room which includes a pool table and a foosball table. You will love coming home to this villa after long days exploring the theme parks and Florida shopping. There is a shopping complex with a Publix supermarket and other outlets only 2 minutes from Marbella and there is also a 24 hours Super Wal-Mart just 5 minutes South down Highway 27. This gated community is located just 20 minutes to Walt Disney World. If you head a few minutes North on 27 you also have the Posner Park Shopping Mall which benefits from a Super Target, JC Penney's and numerous other stores and restaurants as well a brand new IMax Cinema complex. There is also a good selection of local restaurants such as Chilli's at Champions Gate and Applebee's which is on Highway 27. If you are looking for a real Florida culinary experience then Manny's Chop House is only 10 minutes from Marbella and is always on our own wish list every time we visit.
