This three bedroom two bathroom villa not only includes its own private screened in pool but is in a community with amenities ranging from a community pool, tennis court, playground, and a golf course fun for all levels of golfers. This golf community is located just minutes from Disney, local shopping and dining, and easy accessible highways leading to Florida’s many beaches. This beautifully decorated home offers spacious accommodations for a relaxing vacation. Amenities include a living room and separate family room; a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, and cooking utensils, and full size clothes washer and dryer. The three bedroom two bathroom villa includes a King Master bedroom with a private ensuite, a full bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. This villa also includes internet, Wi-Fi, cable television and telephone with free long distance anywhere in North America. To enjoy all that Florida’s beautiful weather has to offer, just take a step out back to a beautiful south facing private pool and covered deck space with patio furniture all within the lanai and a manicured private back yard perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The community pool, tennis court, and children's playground are a five minute walk from your villa. The Highlands Reserve champion Mike Dasher designed course within the community has large and undulating greens making this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. The golf community has sidewalks adjacent to the fairways and greens. Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, is ten minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World with very close proximity to Universal Studios and the Orlando outlet shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and other amenities all within walking distance. Highlands Reserve gives easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, where, within one hour, you will find easy access to Cocoa Beach, Daytona, and the Kennedy Space Center to the east; and Clearwater and Sarasota with beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf to the west.
