Our villa is located in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, which is one of the most prestigious resorts in the Orlando area and is located only three miles from Disney World, Orlando in Florida. Our guests enjoy free access to all of the resort's numerous amenities and are situated conveniently near to all of the attractions Florida has to offer. With this villa you get the best of both worlds, the privacy and space of a large villa and the amenities in the resort.
Emerald Island Resort is a luxury Resort available for your Florida holiday or Disney World vacation.
Your stay will be both relaxing and comfortable, and we hope that the happy memories will linger long after the tan has faded.

If you don't want to hang out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with comfortable sofas.
Dining Room
Dining room is furnished with a dining table and six chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served.
Kitchen
We have a large, open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include a full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! So, if you can find the time between using the pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at our home.
The accommodation offers 3 king en-suites, 1 queen en-suite and 4 twin beds all with Smart TV's.
South-East Facing Pool
Our large Swimming Pool and Spa are South-East facing and have the unique advantage over other villas that the entire pool and spa area will be bathed in sunlight all day long. It is surrounded by a large, extended, full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables, and beach beds which allow you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey.
Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use.
The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.
