Located in the stunning gated community of Emerald Island Resort, this home is only 3.5 miles away or 10 minutes from the world-famous Walt Disney World and Epcot Theme Parks. If you are looking for more fun and excitement, then Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are just 17 miles away. Water park fun is even closer! The new high-tech Island H20 Live Water Park is within a 5 minutes-drive from the townhome near the Margaritaville Resort and located beside the Promenade at Sunset Walk for dining, shopping and entertainment fun. For the adults or if you are in need of a romantic getaway, we recommend the nearby Island Grove Wine Company featuring a beautifully crafted winery with gift shop, bar, wine tasting, and weekend brunch. Our home is professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The unit will be cleaned, sanitized, and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive.

Ideal location, the townhome is located one street down and just inside the main entrance gate to the resort and one of the closest buildings to the main clubhouse and pool area.

Landline phone provided and all US calls free of charge.

Lanai Includes a rustic and beautiful tiled floor in light vibrant colors, 2 outdoor teak rocking chairs with padded seats and throw pillows, side table for holding drinks along with a citronella candle. Screen door leads onto a small paver patio with direct access to the beautiful and lush backyard hillside with views of the nearby nature preserve.

2nd floor guest bedroom Includes coastal white queen bed, Sealy Posturepedic 13» medium mattress, wall mounted 32» Smart TV, three drawer night-stand with table light and clock with USB ports for charging your phone or other devices, remote controlled ceiling fan with light, three drawer dresser inside the closet, closet has plenty of luggage storage along with coat hangers and an upper shelf for placing clothing or luggage, separate folding luggage rack provided if you would like to keep your suitcase more accessible. All luxury bedding including extra pillows provided.

2nd floor Disney Themed Kid's Bedroom - Includes solid wood bunk bed (twin bed upper and full size bed lower) decaled Disney themed walls with Mickey curtains, Mickey Mouse bedding, bladeless floor fan, cute and soft Disney themed rug, 32» Smart TV connected to an Xbox 360

Convenient location just off HWY 192 (main tourist area). Near Disney and most major theme parks, Margaritaville Resort, Promenade Sunset Walk Shopping Complex, and Islands H20 Water Park. Walmart, CVS, Publix Supermarket, and many casual sit-down and fast food restaurants located within a 5-10 minute drive from the townhome. Orlando International Airport is located 30 minutes from the resort.

Clubhouse entrance near the front gate with free parking includes:

· Fully staffed Guest Services Desk (general resort questions and to buy theme park tickets, rent sports equipment)

· Gym, sauna, and clubroom featuring table and chairs along with a business center with computer and printer

· Playground for the kids, heated pool and outdoor spa (no lifeguard on duty). Pool area provides a wonderful view of a nearby lake and surrounding woods, pool deck includes many lounge chairs and seating areas. Staffed Tiki Bar provides food and drinks.

· Bicycle rental, sand volleyball court, basketball, pickle-ball and tennis court available (see Guest Services Desk attendant to rent and inquire about equipment)

· 11-acre Nature Trail directly behind the townhome and located within the gated community grounds. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience solitude and tranquility just a few steps away from your door.

· The resort does allow Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing companies to pick up here at the resort. Save time and money by leaving your car here.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
