This 4 bedroom home features a stylish tropical look, with fine leather seating in the living room and top of the line furnishings in all bedrooms. All this, and stunning landscaping with a secluded and private pool area in addition to its great SW Cape Coral location make this Pool home a true gem.
It is only a few minutes away from Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina where passionate boaters can rent a boat to enjoy the Florida lifestyle to it's fullest. The home is equipped with High Speed wireless internet, TV's in Master Bedroom and 2 of the guest bedrooms. Take a dip into the electric heated pool that allows you to adjust temperature to your liking, or entertain your friends over a nice BBQ with the supplied gas grill. Whether it is a weeks stay or several weeks, this home has everything you need and more. Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. For online reservations: You will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

• 25% Anzahlung bei Buchung (minimum $300). Anzahlung wird bei Stornierung seitens des Kunden nicht erstattet.
• Der Gesamtbetrag muss 8 Wochen vor Reiseantritt bezahlt sein.
• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
