Villa Marianne is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located in quiet NW Cape Coral. Situated on a beautiful wide canal, this pool home with brand new built electric heated pool and spa will ensure your vacation to be a success. The home is modern furnished and features a king bed in the master bathroom, a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second guest bedroom. You may also sleep on the queen bed located in the den. High Speed Internet is included at no cost to you.
The patio and pool area is fairly large and allows perfect space to lounge by the pool or to entertain your guests whilst cooking on the supplied Gas Grill. The dock allows for relaxed fishing right from the property and no license is needed. There are also 2 bicycles with helmets and a lock. We can promise that you will enjoy your stay at Marianne and that nothing was left out to make this home feel just like home. For your safety this home is equipped with an alarm system and a hotel style safe for your valuables.
