Property Description This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathoom condo is right on the bay and is only a 2-minute drive (.7 miles) to Bonita Beach! It has spectacular views of the bay that will surely impress you. It sleeps up to 4 and is the perfect home away from home. The U-shaped kitchen has modern appliances, granite countertops, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something great to eat. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which has a circular glass table and seating for up to 4. Just off the dining area is the awesome living room. It has a large L-shaped leather sectional, large flat screen TV, and bar table and two stools, and wall-to-wall views of the bay. It also has access to a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Think you’ll need to do a little laundry during your stay? No problem! There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Community Description The condominium complex provides you access to the large, heated community pool and spa, along with the BBQ Grilling area. If you have a boat, you can even use the docks (first come, first serve). Easy reserved parking is available, as well as visitor parking. Hickory Bay West, with its perfect location and wonderful views, is the best place to enjoy your holiday! It’s within walking about biking distance of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. It’s also located just minutes for U.S. 41 and I-75. It’s close to the popular Coconut Point Mall, Waterside Shops, and the Mercato. Other Information - During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.

• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
