The Anna Maria Island Beach Retreat is a completely remodeled two bedroom one bathroom condo, located four houses from Anna Maria Island’s exquisite white powder sand beaches. Included with your stay is one free breakfast for everyone in your party plus free daily beach chais and umbrella rentals at the Beach Cafe just a few minutes walk from the Beach Retreat. ACCOMMODATIONS: The living room features all new leather furniture and 40†television. The completely remodeled fully stocked kitchen provides you with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove with contemporary glass stove top and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a queen size bed for your comfort and a new 28†television. The second bedroom features twin beds. Both bedrooms offer large walk-in closets and an abundance of drawer space. The entire condo provides you with all new hardwood flooring. The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Additional features include air conditioning, covered parking, upper and lower outdoor decks with patio furniture. The Beach Retreat has a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, iIce maker, washer/dryer, ironing board, linens, towels, and hair dryer, cable television,, free long distance calling, free wi-fi, high speed internet, cable, DVD, air conditioning and heating and much more. The free trolley stops directly in-front of the condo for your convenience. The trolley will take you anywhere you desire on the island -- a car is not necessary. The Beach Retreat is conveniently located with in walking distance of Anna Maria Island’s finest waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, boutiques, grocery stores and much more Your rental also includes one free breakfast for your entire party at the "Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe"

• Wird der geschuldete Betrag nicht innerhalb der Fristen bezahlt kann der Inhaber unter Einbehaltung bereits gezahlter Betraege den Mietvertrag kuendigen.
• Es wird eine Kaution ($500) mit der letzten Zahlung erwartet.
• Einchecken ab 16:00 Auschecken bis 10:00 möglich. Abweichende Zeiten auf Anfrage.
• Stornokosten: Bei mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise die Anzahlung, bei weniger als 8 Wochen der Gesamtbetrag
