Property Description Located in Windsor Palms, this South-facing vacation villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In total, it can sleep up to 8 people, making this the perfect location for a family getaway. The living area has a large, comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs to sit on. The room is bright and sunny due to the large sliding patio doors. The modern kitchen is a cook’s dream! It has everything you need to whip up a family meal, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. The kitchen island also doubles as a breakfast bar area that seats 2 people. To the left, there’s also an informal dining area right next to the sunny windows that seats 4. The home also has a spacious games room located in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a table tennis table and air hockey. If you wish to relax and just watch your friends play, there is a sofa and a few armchairs to relax on in front of the TV. The pool is south-facing, meaning you get the most daylight hours as possible. There’s a large paved patio area, which is also partially covered, and guests can either sit on the patio furniture that’s covered or lie by the pool. The pool area is screened and surrounded by bushes. There are 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third room also has a queen-size bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed, which is perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have a TV, so there shouldn’t be any fighting over the living room TV remote. Community Description Windsor Palms Resort Community is a fabulous gated vacation home community and is an ideal place for your family’s Disney vacation. This vacation community is surrounded by wide boulevards and beautifully set in sub-tropical, palm fringed streets and is extremely close to Walt Disney World, just 3.5 miles. These vacation rental homes and condos surround a 7500 square foot clubhouse consisting of a large swimming pool with sun deck and hot tub, separate toddler pool and spa. Inside the clubhouse there is an internet café, state-of-the-art fitness center with treadmills, stepper, weight machine and stationary bike, convenience store, arcade games, pool and ping pong tables, a 58-seat cinema where you can play your own family-oriented DVD's, and a sundry shop that is open from 8:00am to 10:30pm.
