Looking for a luxury townhome that's just nine miles from Disney in newest and most luxurious resort community? If so, then look no further. This is the place for you. Located in Windsor Island Resort, this townhome has 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, and will sleep up to 10 people. There are two living room areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs living room, the main living room, has tiled flooring, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV mounted to the wall. It's the perfect place for everyone to get together and watch some TV after a long day out at the parks. If there's any fighting over the TV remote, then fear not! There is a second living room upstairs, which is themed, Harry Potter. Here, you'll find another large flat-screen TV mounted to the wall, a very comfortable L-shaped sofa, and plenty of Harry Potter theming. If you enjoy cooking and appreciate a good kitchen, then you'll fall in love with this fully equipped kitchen. It has lots of prep space, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and it even has a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar, which seats up to five people. If you need some more dining space, then head over to the dining table, which seats up to eight people. This home offers you a private splash pool and half a bathroom for your convenience. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area for those who want to work on their tan. For those who want to be outside, but in the shade, there is a table and seating underneath the lanai.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located the ground floor. The second bedroom has two twin/single beds and is themed to Disney. The third bedroom is Star Wars themed, and it has a single-over-double bunkbed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's.

Windsor Island Resort is the newest and most luxurious resort community perfectly situated near the Disney theme parks. This stunning vacation rental community features resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and children's water park and splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf. other amenities include fitness room, game room, café and ice cream shop, game room, fire pit to view fireworks and a tropical walk to name a few.
