Located in Southern Dunes, this vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and its very own private swimming pool. There are two living room areas: one at the front and one at the back of the house. Both have comfortable seating, and both have a large flat screen TV for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. The kitchen is large, spacious, and overlooks the living and dining room at the back of house, making this home great for entertaining. The kitchen has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so in the formal dining area or at the kitchen dining table (both seat up to four people). The best part about this house? The pool and pool area. There are no rear neighbors, which is great for privacy. The pool area screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. The lagoon-shaped pool is large and refreshing. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool area. For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there is a small lanai with a table and chairs underneath it. There are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, one bedroom has a full-size bed, and one bedroom has two single/twin beds.
