Lovely 4 bed 3 bath single story villa located in the ever popular Southern Dunes golfing community. Family room, dining area and kitchen. The king master bedroom has its own bathroom with access to the pool. There is also a games room. The second master bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own bathroom. There are an additional two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. Internet access included. Play a round of golf or relax by the pool, the choice is yours. Local Superstore and restaurants are close by. Electric pool heating available - pool heat rates apply.
