Property Description Looking for a 2-bedroom condo thatâ€™s just across the road from the beach? Read on. This spacious 2-storey, 2 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo has gorgeous views of the surrounding areas within Santa Maria. Itâ€™s located on the quiet south end of the island, directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. As you enter the condo, the kitchen is to your immediate right. Itâ€™s fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with two stools. It overlooks the living and dining areas. The dining area has seating for 4 and access to the covered patio. The living room is a decent size, and it has a sofa, comfortable arm chair, flat screen TV, and patio door that also leads to the covered patio. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also on the second floor and has twin single over single bunk beds and a queen-size bed is located on the second floor as well, along with another en-suite bathroom. If you need to do some laundry, this unit has a washer and dryer. This unit is located on the ground floor. Community Description Santa Maria Harbor Resort makes for a great getaway. Nestled across the street from Fort Myers Beach on a peninsula of Gulf access canals, Santa Maria Harbor Resort offers it all. Take a fishing trip, relax with the family, take a dip in the Gulf, barbecue on the deck or watch the dolphins and manatees from the docks.
