Our villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms & is fully air conditioned. It is fully equipped with all bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery and other kitchen accessories. THE MASTER BEDROOM: has double bed, walk-in wardrobes, 22" flat screen cable T.V. & en-suite bathroom. Leading from the bathroom is doorway access to the pool area. BEDROOM 2: also with double bed, walk-in wardrobe & en-suite bathroom. Now has 22" flat screen TV. BEDROOM 3/4: are both twin rooms & share the third bathroom.Both rooms have 22" flat screen TV's. THE LOUNGE: has a 2 seat couch & a 3 seat sofa bed, which enables the villa to sleep up to 10 people. There is also remote control 42" Plasm cable T.V. and Playstation 3 + games. THE DINING AREA: has a table with 6 chairs, with a further table & 4 chairs in the kitchen area. THE KITCHEN: has a large oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal unit etc. There are a washer & tumble dryer in the double garage. THE POOL AREA: is fully screened, has an extended deck area with 12`x 26` pool & has ample pool furniture. The villa is situated on one of the latest and most sort after developments, EMERALD ISLAND RESORT just off Highway 192 and within 5 minutes drive from DISNEY WORLD and close to all other attractions of Orlando. The beaches are also within easy reach. The Atlantic coast is around 1 hours drive and the Gulf coast can be reached in under 2 hours. There are a good selection of shops and restaurants and supermarkets within 2 minutes drive on the Highway 192.
