Located in Emerald Island Resort, one of the most prestigious resorts in the Orlando area, this gorgeous townhouse is in a 24 hour gated community, two and a half miles away from Disney and all major parks. A cozy and beautifully decorated home with 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a soft King size bed, and a balcony where you can watch the nature while drinking your coffee in the morning.
The 2nd bedroom has a firm Queen size bed and finally the 3rd bedroom has a regular Full size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and are located upstairs, where in addition to the master bathroom a second full bathroom is also available.
The floor area is approximately 1445 sq. ft. divided in two floor levels. The kitchen, living room and dining room are located downstairs, where you will also find a charming half bathroom.
