CPA5414: We invite you to enjoy your vacation in this spacious pool home within the popular Calabay Parc community, just minutes from the theme parks and all Orlando has to offer.

The family room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for relaxing in the evening. Large sliding glass doors lead to the pool deck, which provides a peaceful oasis. Surrounded by luscious green planting, the space is private and perfect for spending a day by the pool or dining under the covered shaded area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table and chairs in the bright breakfast nook area. Guests can also enjoy dinner in the formal dining room.

There are two Master bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa. The main king bedroom is luxuriously decorated, with its own walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, plus access to the pool deck. The bathroom has a separate shower area, corner spa bath tub and two vanity units.

The second queen master bedroom, has bright contemporary furnishings and also has an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms and a loft area with Playstation console and games. There is a sophisticated queen bedroom with its own ensuite, and two twin bedrooms. One is decorated with Disney items and movie posters - fantastic for the younger family members. The other twin bedroom is themed with classic American cars.

All bedrooms have smart TVs and DVD players. There is also a music room with Grand Piano in this home! Guests are welcome to use it but are asked to do so with care. Perfect for the musicians in your family.

High speed internet and free US calls are included. Washing and drying machines, as well as a safe is also available for guest use.
