This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has an abundance of space and allows your whole party to enjoy their vacation without the feeling you are crowding each other. Upon entering the home the wide open planned dining area and formal living area greet you. The mirrored wall in the dining area instantly created the feeling of even more space. There is room for 6 guests at the table and the living area has sliding doors to the pool deck so can be opened up to allow the light to flood in.
Moving through the home the kitchen is in the center of the home and allows for all you could possibly need should you decide that you want to dine at home. It has all the appliances and utensils of a family home so there isn’t anything you would want for. It overlooks the breakfast nook which has room for 4 more diners and the family room. This is where you can kick back and enjoy a movie or regular TV with one of the many cable channels on offer. This too has sliding doors out to the pool deck, giving more light into the home.
To the left of the front door the master can be found. This has a king sized bed, TV, PS2 games console and a huge en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower, large tub and separate toilet.
To the right of the family room there are two twin bedrooms. These have two single beds in each and have a bathroom between them which has a shower over the bath, toilet and sink. At the end of the home there is a queen bedroom with a bathroom opposite. This bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, sink and access to the pool deck.

The pool is the focal point of this home. It is south west facing so has the sun for most of the day. It is larger than most Florida villa pools so is perfect for both swimming and playing in. At the far end there is a spa which can seat 6 people. The large lanai has tables, chairs and loungers for you to stretch out and soak up the sun.

Outside the pool enclosure there is a BBQ grill for your convenience.

Off the kitchen the home has laundry facilities and also access to the double garage.

The home is on the sub-division of Westridge. This is a conveniently located sub-division on the US27, it is close to a Publix supermarket, banks, restaurants and all the attractions. The US-27 gives you perfect access to the theme parks, the main shopping facilities and all the other Disney area attractions. Due south on the US-27 also brings you to Posner Park, just afterthe I4, that has many shops such as Target, Best Buy, JC Penney, Ross, Dicks Sporting Goods and Books a Million.
