The resort amenities include a spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. The private villa is fully equipped to suit all your needs including private pool and spa.

FAMILY ROOM
A large informal comfortable sitting area over looking the pool, with stunning high vaulted ceilings, the family room is open plan to the kitchen, informal dining area leading on to dining room and lounge this is a wonderful family sitting area to enjoy a large flat screen TV with DVD and PS3 player with a great DVD and PS3 games library.


KITCHEN
The beautiful well-equipped modern kitchen with amazing granite worktops contains everything you will need for your stay including cooker microwave dishwasher fridge freezer with built in icemaker. There is also an informal kitchen /dining area has table chairs to seat 6 we also have a baby high chair and booster seat.

POOL AND LANAI
The over sized 15x30 pool has an extended deck, which has 4 luxury sun lounges and is complimented by a wonderful spa area. The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. The oversized 10x40 lanai area gives you a great place to sunbathe, for the kids to play with protection from the sun it also has a dining table with 6 chairs plus 2 additional easy chairs and coffee table.

GAMES ROOM
To keep all entertained the garage was converted into a great games room, with darts a pool table, and air hockey.

DINING ROOM
The beautiful formal dining room is just off the kitchen contains a table with seating for 8 people.

LOUNGE
The lounge is the ideal place to chill out and have peace and tranquillity and to relax in the luxury of the surroundings.
